This book is a complete set of the Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure, including comments by the Advisory Commission.  It is current as of July 1, 2022.  It is brought to you as a public service by BirdDog Law, LLC and Tennessee personal injury and wrongful death lawyer John A. Day.

The rules of procedure are usually updated annually, with changes effective July 1.
