Rule Change Proposed for 2023

The Tennessee Supreme Court has asked for public comment on this proposed change to Rule 5.02.  If transmitted by the Court to the General Assembly and if approved by the General Assembly the rule change would be effective on July 1, 2023.

UPDATE:  The change to Rule 5.02 was approved by the General Assembly and will be effective on July 1, 2023.
